Richard Dun has been involved in real estate from the age of 19. Starting as an assistant property manager in Manhattan he has been exposed to multiple aspects throughout the industry. After property management he was licensed as a residential appraiser apprentice. As an appraiser his experience was scheduling appointments, reviewing appraisals, conducting inspections, and typing reports.
After several years in appraisals Richard became a NYS licensed real estate salesperson. Working on a team in Manhattan that focused on rentals and investment sales. Prior to settling in Staten Island he handled inbound marketing, SEO/SEM, and direct mail for CityRealty. Richard has been a NYS Real Estate Broker in the Staten Island market since 2012. Today he is focused on supporting agents at Reliance Realty One and selling real estate.
